Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing advanced tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, and to identify and engage with senior executives facing challenges in their operations. This role involves strategizing and implementing lead generation campaigns, qualifying potential leads, and scheduling consultations to explore their needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, and to identify and target senior executives in need of operational improvements.
Copywriting: Develop and execute lead generation strategies (i.e. messaging, cold email) to effectively engage potential clients.
Copywriting: Create personalized outreach campaigns to initiate contact and foster interest.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and their likelihood to benefit from our services.
Schedule and coordinate phone calls between potential leads and our leadership to discuss their unique challenges.
Maintain and update lead and client information in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends in lead generation and sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in targeting senior executives. (I am a consultant, not a real estate agent. and my clients are B2B)
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, and .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to craft persuasive and personalized outreach messages.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with CRM software and data management.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
