Hi! My name is Newton Zheng (You can find me here on Linkedin: /in/newtonzheng), and I have been running an impact-driven SEO business in Toronto, Canada for the past 6 years. Previously my team and I consistently got results for our clients. For example, we helped a retail company to increase their revenues by $750,000 per year and we helped a popular food blog with 115K Instagram followers to increase their organic website visitors by 400%.

We’re currently a multi 6-figure business and we’re scaling really quickly to 7-figures in revenue within the next 2 years, so you would play a crucial role as part of that growth.

After we implemented this ourselves and grew our marketing agency business a lot, we have been mentoring many fast growing marketing agencies in North America.

Our vision is to be a purpose driven company that gets results. As we grow, the most important metric will be impact. We want to transform the businesses for our client companies and be their long-term growth partner.

At the same time, I would like to use the profits to give back to the community. My personal goal is in the next 20 years, I want to help solve poverty in a 3rd world country. So when we cross $1 million in revenue, I want to help fund a large community project.

I’m looking for someone to become my lead generation specialist. This is a role that is UNLIKE anything you’ve ever seen before. I know many of you apply for “VA” roles, where you never really form a strong, genuine relationship with your employer.

That is NOT the case here. I am looking for a loyal, driven, hard-working team member who is willing to go the distance with me.

So now, you might be wondering: What is the job?

You will be doing a number of things:

prospective clients through Linkedin, Instagram, Email, Facebook and etc. to build rapport, introduce the company, and identify appropriate clients within the target market. This is where having strong written English and good conversational English is very important

2. Handle outreach campaigns and consistently updating reports

3. Identify and find prospect companies who are qualified and a good fit for our services. (Example: You might be asked to find marketing digital agencies n the US who fit a certain criteria range)

4. To proactively support the team by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate

5. Handling administrative responsibilities.

6. Being detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

NICE TO HAVES from your past experiences (Not mandatory since we will give you the training you need, but these will give you an edge and you should mention them in your application):
– Ideally have past experience with lead generation and with messaging prospects already
– Outreach messaging experience (Instagram, Email, Linkedin or Facebook)
– Background knowledge of marketing services
– Cold Calling is a plus
– Content Writing is a plus

Here is the hours and compensation:

This role is available for full time, 40 hours per week. Your hours will be flexible as long as you complete the tasks, but I would need you to be available from 9am-12pm Toronto Eastern time (that’s 9pm-12am in the Philippines) for meetings and to contact the leads during business hours.

This job will start off at $4 USD per Hour
