We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this ongoing position, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate high-quality leads by finding the decision makers within homeowner associations (HOAs). You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and facilitating effective communication with key stakeholders in the HOA industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify homeowner associations across various locations. Utilize online directories, public records, and other reliable sources to gather information on HOAs.
Decision Maker Identification: Determine the key decision maker(s) within each HOA, such as board presidents, secretaries, or other authorized individuals responsible for decision-making.
Contact Information Acquisition: Utilize effective strategies and tools to find and validate the contact information of HOA decision makers, with a focus on their email addresses. This may involve leveraging online search engines, professional networking platforms, and specialized lead generation tools.
Data Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads, including the name of the HOA, location, approximate number of homes, and contact details of decision makers. Regularly update and cleanse the database to ensure data integrity.
Outreach and Engagement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns. Initiate contact with leads through personalized emails, phone calls, or other communication channels to establish connections and foster relationships.
Lead Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the progress of lead generation efforts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of lead generation processes.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about homeowner association trends, regulations, and best practices. Keep abreast of changes in decision maker roles and responsibilities within the HOA landscape.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in lead generation, market research, or a related role.
Strong research skills with the ability to conduct thorough investigations using online sources and tools.
Proficiency in utilizing search engines, online directories, and professional networking platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when collecting and recording lead data.
Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques is advantageous.
Effective communication skills for engaging with decision makers and building professional relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Adaptability to changing priorities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of homeowner association structures, roles, and decision-making processes is a plus.
