Lead Generation Specialist

We are in need of a Lead Generation Specialist who can:
a. Source leads for a multitude of clients using AD Tool Kit Software and a variety of websites online
b. Vet the quality of leads obtained by checking the lead’s online reviews and Google ratings
c. Double checking the validity of phone numbers obtained by cross referencing the obtained phone number from the business’ website and social media

The clients provide the following information which you will use in generating leads:
a) Territory and address
b) Phone area codes local to their territory
c) Zip Codes the client would like us to use for the search
d) Industries and Business categories to target
e) Websites you can use for lead search

Skills / attributes we’re looking for:
a) Experience with online lead search and maintaining leads databases
b) Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets mainly)
c) Strong project and time management skills
d) Preferably someone who has experience in lead generation

Requirements
a. You must be working from the Philippines
b. You must be willing to work as an independent contractor
c. This is a 40 hour per week role
d. no paid vacations / no paid holidays but you can take time off when you’d like and work more the days surrounding time off to ensure you’re still paid for 40 hours
e. 13th month will be honored as follows: the number of months worked, divided by 12, times your average monthly earnings.

The role is primarily data research and entry – mainly we will be contracting you to search leads and confirm these leads or businesses have a quality website and/or social media following, good online ratings and reviews, and get the correct phone number.
