We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with experience specifically in working with international platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads from the American or European market. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential leads, contributing to the growth of our client base, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential target markets, industries, and key decision-makers within organizations.
– Utilize various online platforms, social media channels, email marketing, and other remote lead generation strategies to establish a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
– Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they align with the company’s ideal customer profile.
– Implement effective lead nurturing strategies remotely to engage prospects and build relationships, with the ultimate goal of converting them into sales-qualified leads.
– Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and optimize remote lead generation campaigns and strategies.
– Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics, including lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging remote lead generation techniques, and apply best practices accordingly.
– Continuously improve remote lead generation processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, preferably within the outstaffing or recruitment industry.
– Experience working EXCLUSIVELY with international platforms.
– Successful track record of lead generation specifically from the American or European market.
– Strong understanding of lead generation principles, techniques, and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and remote lead scoring models.
– Proficiency in utilizing various remote lead generation channels, such as online platforms, social media, email marketing, and virtual networking.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with prospects remotely.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
– Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding remote lead generation targets.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting, while also being a collaborative team player.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
