We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
– Work, execute, and improve our current lead generation strategies to drive leads and increase conversion rates
– Generate new leads through various channels, including online research, and various social media platforms
– Use our existing CRM systems and lead tracking tools like Pipedrive to accurately manage leads and develop effective follow-up strategies.
– Collaborate with our leadership team with an initiative to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure alignment with Pineapple’s objectives
Requirements:
– Proven or at least 2 years experience as a Lead Generation Specialist
– Strong knowledge of lead generation best practices, techniques, and tools.
– Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
– Experienced in Pipedrive is an ADVANTAGE
– Experienced in Social Media Management is a PLUS
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Must have initiative
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
– Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
– Internet speed of at least 10mbps download / 5mbps upload or faster
– Willingness to work full-time for us as your sole employer
– Own your own computer and headset for calls
– Must have a backup internet
