Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Appointment Setter at No Boundaries Marketing Group, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and setting appointments for our clients. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, email, and other communication channels to identify opportunities and schedule appointments with decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of meeting and exceeding daily lead generation and appointment setting targets.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lists or databases to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our clients.
– Use effective communication and persuasion techniques to engage prospects and generate interest in our clients’ products or services.
– Gather and document relevant information about prospects, including their needs, challenges, and decision-making process.
– Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through ongoing communication to ensure a high conversion rate.
– Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for outbound calls, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and provide timely updates on prospect interactions.
– Continuously update and maintain accurate records of lead information, interactions, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
– Stay informed about our clients’ products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
– Participate in regular training sessions and coaching to improve lead generation and appointment setting skills.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and engaging phone manner.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly.
– Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections.
– Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
Expectations:
– Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day.
– Set a minimum of 2 – 3 qualified appointments per day.
