EnviroSolutions & Consulting (ESC) is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist (B2B) to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. Your main responsibility will be to build a pipeline of leads to meet our sales plan objectives. Specifically, you will be promoting our digital product, the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Legal Register, to corporate clients in ASEAN countries.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from follow-up calls to deliver quantifiable results. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from the first contact until setting up a meeting with our clients and through to deal closure.

Job Responsibilities
• Generate and secure new business-to-business sales opportunities.
• Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Prospecting for new business opportunities, building relationships and a strong sales pipeline with potential customers.
• Secure and schedule sales appointments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and their status in our CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.

Job Requirements
• Have 1+ years of experience as a B2B lead generation role or business development role.
• A proactive and resilient individual with a hunter mentality who is enthusiastic about a career in consultative sales.
• Comfortable and experienced in cold calling.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are a team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and results-driven.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Remote candidates must possess their own personal computer/laptop and access to a reliable and fast internet connection.

Perks of the Role
• Full-time remote position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Philippine Time.
• Commission scheme.
