Our growing digital lead generation agency is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist / Campaign Manager to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

As a Lead Generation Specialist / Campaign Manager, you will have the main responsibility of developing effective lead generation strategies, coordinating workflows, collecting and analyzing data, iterating campaigns as necessary, and managing the team of technicians to ensure successful lead generation outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing lead generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid search, and content marketing.

You will lead a team of lead generation technicians, rather than performing 100% of the technical tasks yourself; and will be responsible for developing campaign strategies, creating landing pages, managing email campaigns, and analyzing campaign data.

You should be a skilled multi-tasker and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, keeping each campaign on track and ensuring its success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid search, and content marketing.
• Create and manage landing pages, email campaigns, and other assets required for lead generation campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data and use insights to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
• Work with clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates on campaign progress, and make necessary adjustments to campaigns as needed.
• Manage up to three client accounts simultaneously, ensuring each campaign is on track and meeting its goals.
• Collaborate with other members of the digital marketing team to ensure a cohesive and effective lead generation strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or a related field.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics tools.
• Experience with landing page builders, email marketing software, social media management tools, design software, A/B testing tools, chatbots, video marketing tools, SEO tools, webinar platforms, PPC advertising tools, and content creation tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and use insights to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other members of the digital marketing team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and keep each campaign on track.

Tools & Platforms:

• Proficiency with landing page builders such as Leadpages, Unbounce, Instapage, ClickFunnels, and HubSpot is preferred, as well as experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Go High Level, Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, and Freshsales.

• Experience with email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot Email is also desirable.

• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later, and AgoraPulse, as well as design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma, is a plus.

• Candidates who are proficient with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Kissmetrics, and Heap, A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg, and Convert, and chatbots like Drift, Intercom, Chatfuel, Tars, and ManyChat, are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with video marketing tools like Wistia, Vidyard, BombBomb, Loom, and Animoto, as well as SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and SpyFu, is also valued.

While proficiency in all of these tools is not required, the more experience with these tools a candidate has, the better. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn new tools and technologies, and who can stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
