About the role:

Are you a sales superstar? We’re seeking a rockstar Lead Generation Specialist/Cold Caller who can work their magic and help our agency grow and acquire new clients. As a rockstar on our team, you’ll be setting appointments, paving the way for ultimate success.

We’re looking for someone with a go-getter attitude, bursting with creativity and motivation, and an eagle eye for detail. Their English communication skills should be strong. This individual should be fluent in English and has the ability to quickly grasp the context of conversations to get appointments set and be able to craft ideal target market scripts. We would like to start with a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per month), if we can show growth and success we’d like to move to a full-time role.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our services and schedule discovery calls.
Identify and qualify leads through research, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and tactics.
Continuously monitor and report on key metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in our CRM system.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through ongoing communication and follow-up.
Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and opportunities to them for follow-up and further nurturing.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for lead generation and outbound sales activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
2 – 3 years of experience in a cold calling or outbound sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C lead generation/cold calling setting.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects and build relationships.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize high-potential targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other lead-generation tools and technologies.
Strong Excel, PPT, and Word skills
Must be flexible and versatile
Must know how to create Loom videos
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, psyscology, or a related field preferred.
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
