Description
A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities. This position will be responsible to develop, implement and maintain lead generation strategies that are consistent with the company’s core values of integrity, honesty, respect, accountability, transparency and excellence in all aspects of customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Find Lead Sources
– Update Lead Source Potential tracker
– Schedule an invite to pitch and partner with them
– Send Onboarding Email
– Meet or Call potential lead source partners (onboarding call)
– Create and send contracts (follow up if needed)
– Update Partner’s List
– Update Lead source questionnaire in Lead Source Performance Sheet
– Monday board update
– Create a data sheet that will show Lead Source Performances
– Send recommendations to Clients looking for a Lead Source
– Hubspot Update
– Client Onboarding
– Create and send contracts to clients for lead generation and management
– Weekly update (reach out to clients about the referrals and the results)
– Update the service record with the contracts in PandaDoc
– End-of-Week Reports
– EOM reports to the Client
– Updating Finance Sheet
– Partner Finance Tracking
– Partner referral Tracking
– Update individual client tracker under Partner Referrals

Requirements
– Must have at least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, sales, or equivalent
– Above average English communication skills (open to all English speakers)
– Knowledgeable with Google Sheet
– Excellent Organizational Skills
– Team Player
– Willing to work on Pacific Time (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time.
– Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
