Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify and cultivate potential clients for our picture framing business and art rental services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lead generation process, from initial research to making phone calls, sending follow-up emails, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients in the Vancouver, BC area.
Create and maintain a robust lead database with key contact information and interaction history.
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone using RingCentral to introduce our services and assess their interest.
Follow up with personalized emails, providing additional information and inviting clients to our shop.
Manage follow-up communications to nurture leads towards conversion.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and meet sales targets.
Regularly update the team on lead generation progress and client feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Proven track record in lead generation or sales, preferably within the arts or related industries.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and research skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with RingCentral or similar communication tools.
Passionate about the arts and knowledgeable about the local market.
