Lead Generation Specialist for Digital Marketing & Web Design Agency

Our digital marketing and web design agency is seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing and converting leads into appointments, with a focus on businesses in need of web design, web development, digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce services and solutions to improve their online presence.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads through various channels (such as social media, search engines, and jobboards)
Qualify leads by understanding their needs and evaluating their fit with our services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads to understand their needs and position our services effectively
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns and content that resonate with leads
Track and report on lead generation activities, results, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of digital marketing and web design industry trends and best practices
– Ability to research and analyze market data to identify potential leads
– Experience with lead management and tracking tools (such as CRM and marketing automation platforms)
– Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset

*Note sales and marketing skills REQUIRED. We are looking for someone who can schedule at least 5 appointments per week.
