Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled virtual assistant to help generate leads for our handyman home improvement services. The virtual assistant will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through various online platforms, such as social media, online directories, and lead generation websites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of generating leads in the home improvement industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential customers in need of handyman home improvement services.
Utilize various online platforms, such as social media, online directories, and lead generation websites, to identify and qualify potential leads.
Contact potential customers via email, phone, or social media to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Manage and update customer information in our lead management system.
Collaborate with our sales team to ensure customer needs are being met and provide feedback on lead quality.
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the home improvement industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using various online platforms, such as social media, online directories, and lead generation websites, to identify and qualify potential leads.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with lead management systems and CRM software.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or sales.
Knowledge of the home improvement industry preferred.
Working Conditions:
This is a remote position that requires access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet. The virtual assistant will be required to work independently and manage their own schedule to meet weekly lead generation goals.
