Position Overview:
Flexible Part-Time Position (CA – Pacific Standard Time)
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 11 AM or 4 PM to 7 PM.
Seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of wholesale real estate cold calling experience. Trustworthiness, diligence, dedication, and long-term commitment are key qualities we’re seeking. Please apply only if you’re fully dedicated to your role.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of real estate cold calling experience
Native English speaker or fluent English speaker with minimal accent
Excellent internet connection and a backup plan in case of connection issues
Dedicated workspace with a desktop and minimal noise and distractions
Noise cancellation headset for clear communication
Must have a second monitor
Available for 20 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours for the right candidate
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Mojo dialer
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Responsibilities:
Initiate cold calls to identify real estate leads
Engage in effective communication with leads to gather essential information
Build strong relationships with homeowners
Provide admin support to the sales team
Provide daily reporting of your activities to management
Attend weekly review meetings
Maintain and exceed designated goals
Initial Compensation:
$7 – $8 per hour (Compensation based on experience and subject to evaluation. Paid 15-minute breaks and bonuses based on performance.
