We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Business locator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and securing existing short term rental clients who we can manage/co-host for. You will also identify, search and secure Short Term Rental enthusiasts/investors who are interested in partnering with our company. Your primary objective will be to locate clients that meet specific criteria and negotiate favorable property management terms on our behalf. As a Short-Term Rental Business Locator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we have access to like minded people who are in need of a company to manage their existing Short Term Rental Business for them.

The roles requires a mix of experience and expertise in cold calling and cold outreach via social media platforms.
