Job Summary:

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted lead generation strategies. You will be conducting market research, prospecting, and initiating contact with potential customers to expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, such as online research, emails, and cold calling, to identify and generate leads within the target market.

Qualification: Conduct thorough lead qualification by understanding prospects’ needs, budget, and timelines to ensure alignment with our services.

Communication: Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication mediums to introduce our company and foster relationships.

Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture the relationship and identify potential opportunities.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize lead generation campaigns and optimize the sales process.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of lead interactions and progress using our CRM software.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the target industries.

Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly lead generation quotas and KPIs.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Lead Generator or similar role in the staffing sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and convert leads into prospects successfully.
Persistent, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Apollo experience is a plus
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
