Position: Lead Generation Specialist & General VA

The primary focus of this role is lead generation; however, the ideal candidate will also excel in several virtual assistant responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Below are the some of the main responsibilities of this role.
Lead Generation:
Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Strategically source and grow a list of potential leads through online channels.
Emailing:
Create and send out personalized outreach emails to potential leads.
Track and report on email campaign success rates and recommend optimizations.
Enquiry Management:
Handle all initial stage inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of potential leads.
Administrative and General VA tasks:
Assist in managing schedules, bookings, and other administrative duties.
Support the broader team with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation and research.
Strong proficiency in emailing and managing outreach campaigns.
Exceptional English speaking and writing abilities.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
