NO INBOUND and NO OUTBOUND CALLS!
Pure Messaging ONLY

Job Description:

You would be working inside of our corporate messaging account, communicating with leads as they message us from our ads. You would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through our Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Bigger pockets. Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with one of our sales team. You have the ability to earn a set hourly wage plus bonuses that are closed by the sales team.

Job Duties:

-Arrange and schedule qualified appointments and phone calls
-Utilize social media platforms to search for and engage potential leads
-Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
-Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and monitor lead statuses
-Prepare and generate reports related to lead management
-Participate in daily and weekly meetings as required

Requirements:
-High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
-Experience in Sales and in Real Estate is a plus
-Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
-Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
-Has excellent English communication skills in both writing and speaking.
-Preferably, can work during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)

Compensation:
$650 Monthly Salary
+ Commission per closing lead

5 days a week of work
2 days off
