Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with some familiarity in Social Media Management to play a crucial role at Nordic Quality, specializing in gym equipment and weight-lifting products. Your responsibilities will include driving targeted audience engagement, increasing sales conversion rates, building brand awareness and community, promoting products effectively, and enhancing customer relationship management.

WHAT WOULD THE TASK BE?

– Researching and qualifying potential leads through social media, focusing more on YouTube and Instagram.
– Develop and execute social media plans and campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and
YouTube.
– Contact leads via email, phone, or other methods to gather more information and qualify their interest in the business’s
products or services.
– Identifying high-converting leads or the most engaging content.
– Curating UGC content to enhance brand engagement
– Identify the right product to offer a specific influencer/lead.
– Managing and organizing lead data.
– Develop and maintain a positive relationship with leads and influencers.
– Collaborating with influencers and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns for reaching and converting
leads.
– Analyzing and reporting on lead generation data and metrics to continually improve lead generation tactics.
– Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.
– Meet or exceed the targets set by the company for generating high-quality leads.
– Slack (communication tool) visibility during your working hours.
– Other duties that will be assigned and are related to the position.

**Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the e-commerce or fitness industry (but not necessarily)
Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems (is a plus!)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to keep learning and improving
Has experience with Canva
Has an interest in creating compelling social media posts
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of basic marketing principles and techniques.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

You must also have the following;
With a perfectly working device (additional backup is a plus)
With a reliable internet connection (additional backup is a plus)
Headphones/earphones (for meetings)
