Job Description:
1. Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
2. Generate own new leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
3. Contact prospects to qualify leads
4. Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
5. Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads
6. Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software
7. Determine and qualify leads to move further down the sales process
8. Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
9. Achieve a set number of contacted leads, activities, and meeting bookings per week
10. Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure that you can effectively communicate the product features and benefits to prospective customers
11. Working hours 5 PM-2 AM PHT

Qualifications:
– Excellent in written and verbal communication
– LinkedIn experience and an established profile are necessary
– Knowledgeable in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-With experience in emailing and outreach prospective clients
– Always ready for a change in a new fast-paced startup environment
– Proven lead generation and appointment-setting experience
– A good understanding of what the Acadium does
– Willingness to learn
