Job Title: LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST (OFFERING STAFFING SOLUTIONS) (FULL TIME – FULLY REMOTE)
SALARY – TBD
This is Full time role 8 hours/Day.
Working Hours will be from 10 am – 4 pm Melbourne time

Role Overview for Lead Generation Specialist:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to generate high-quality leads by engaging with CEOs, Managing Directors, and HR Managers through cold calling and other outreach methods. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting services and creating warm leads that enable our Managing Director, to secure new recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients, including CEOs, Managing Directors, and HR Managers, to introduce recruitment services.
Schedule appointments for the Managing Director to discuss recruitment needs with potential clients.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Understand and articulate value proposition to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Record and manage lead data accurately to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
Work closely with the Managing Director and other team members to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment needs within our target markets.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably within the
recruitment or B2B services sector.
Excellent spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally and
persuasively with senior-level executives.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the capacity to engage and influence
potential clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative
and a proactive approach to tasks.
Proficiency in managing and tracking lead data.
A track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS :
– Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
– Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
– Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
– Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
– Headset with microphone for clear communication.
– Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
– Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
– Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
