We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully calling leads, establishing rapport, and qualifying potential clients. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and nurturing opportunities for our digital marketing services like Website Development, SEO, Google Ads PPC Management, Facebook Ads PPC Management, Branding and Reputation Management.
Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential leads provided by the agency. Utilize effective communication skills to introduce our digital marketing services and identify client needs.
Qualification: Assess the suitability of leads by understanding their business goals, challenges, and budget constraints. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our services.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with leads through regular follow-ups. Develop a thorough understanding of their marketing objectives and pain points to position our services effectively.
Information Gathering: Gather and document relevant information about leads, including contact details, company size, industry, and current marketing strategies. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. Provide valuable insights from lead interactions to optimize marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as call-to-conversion rates, lead quality, and feedback from leads. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or outbound calling, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong listening skills are essential.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities. Understanding of digital marketing concepts and services is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM systems is preferred.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to embrace new strategies and technologies.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Agency Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in an agency environment with cross-functional teams. Open and clear communications with internal team members is a skill we highly value.
