The Lead Generation Specialist / Project Researcher will be part of the Operations Team of a growing US-based healthcare technology company providing data-collection services for market research, consulting, and pharmaceutical customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Do outbound calls to healthcare practitioners and executives to invite them to participate in market research surveys, ask screening questions, and schedule interviews
Contact prospects to qualify leads
Research and maintain lead generation database
Participate in the preparation of reports and/or presentations for the client
Coordinate with clients, study participants, and Operations Team regarding needs of market research projects
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Team in setting up, launching, and monitoring projects
WORK ARRANGEMENT
Remote/ Work-from-home
Eastern Time or Pacific Time shift
Full time
US$500-600 per month (depending on skills and experience)
QUALIFICATIONS
Enthusiastic
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Experience with cold calling
Experience with desk research to build lists/ contacts
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong project and time management skills
Experience working with US companies/ clients (preferred)
