Outbound Lead Generation Representatives, Phone support – Remote | Naperville, IL

WORK REMOTELY: YES
WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Monday – Thursday; 7:30AM – 5PM CST, Friday – 7:30AM – 11:30AM CST (4hrs)
HALF-DAY SHIFT EVERY FRIDAY
FIXED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OFF
WORK DURATION: Full Time
RATE & SALARY RANGE: $520/Month + COMMISSIONS ~ PAID WEEKLY

Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course or equivalent.
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in Sales (Outbound)
Has experience in lead generation / cold calling
With B2B and BPO Experience!
Fluent in oral and written English (Great English)
Professional; fast learner & who can adapt to change
Fast, stable internet at least 15 MBPS upwards
Noise-canceling headset; quiet background
PC Minimum specs: core i5, 8gb RAM

DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.

– Contact and generate sales pipeline and leads and qualify their interest and purchasing intentions.
– Set up appointments and find valid potential clients for live transfers to the sales team.
– Provides support by assisting with sales procedures.
– Help with sales-related problems, create new orders, track, and investigate while managing customer accounts.
– Track prospects and enter data accurately and consistently into the company’s database.
– Reading specific scripts and attaining client information to reach day-to-day requirements.
– Generate reports and information gathering and prepares a lead file with notes that the salesperson uses.
– Adhere to company policies and procedures.
