Lead Generation Specialist, Appointment Setter

What do we ask from you?
– Your exact working hours will be discussed.
– Monday – Friday; no weekends.
– You need to be available at different time slots. Sometimes your shift might be early morning, afternoon or late evening.
– Depending on which timezone you need to call for. We are active in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Your tasks:
– Outbound calls: you’ll be contacting potential customers to arrange a visit for our sales representatives.
– Providing support to our managers and employees.
– Being in contact with management and our international teams in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements
1. Experience with outbound calls. Comfortable and professional in phone conversations. You need to be able to be firm with customers and representatives but also friendly and personable.
2. Tech-savvy, as you’ll have to work with a lot of different software programs such as Google products (Google Drive, Sheets, Documents, Gmail).
3. Very well mannered
4. Being able to work independently.
5. Excellent Fluency in English. Great communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
