Lead Generation Specilaist

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Lead Gen Expert to join our team. We are a nanotech firm that is committed to promoting sustainability and longevity for the planet through our innovative products and services. This is a full-time position. you will work EST time. You will work closely with our marketing team and sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring commercial property owners and investors who can benefit from our offerings.

Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential leads in the commercial property and investment sectors
Utilize ethical data scraping techniques to acquire contact information for potential leads
Build and maintain a list of potential leads
Develop and implement email outreach campaigns to initiate contact with potential leads and promote our products and services
Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize performance
Initiate the first point of contact before passing the lead over to your sales team

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with ethical data scraping techniques and tools
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain ideas to the team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Must be able to work EST TIME
Must be a proficient English speaker
3+ years of relevant experience

Nice to Have:
– Experience Using List-Building Databases including ZoomInfo, Apollo, UpLead, etc.
– Experience Using Property Analysis Databases including Reonomy CoStar, Property Radar, Crexi, Convex/Atlas, and/or Another

Starting Base Pay $500 per month
