We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team by contacting prospective clients via social media platforms and cold email outreach to ensure our team meets our monthly sales goals.

A Lead Generation Specialist’s responsibilities include starting chat conversations with group members and having the book appointment. Scraping emails and cold emailing to qualified prospects, outreach on Linkedin and Facebook.

To succeed as a Lead Generation Specialist, you should be determined to achieve and surpass your work-related goals.

Ultimately, an outstanding Lead Generation Specialist will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including ways to garner clients’ interest in meeting with our Sales Representatives.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
Experience with Facebook messenger chat and automation
Experience with Linkedin cold outreach
Email list scraping with different online tools
Cold email outreach to get appointments and new group members
Familiarity with social media outreach automation tools.
Computer literate and tech-savvy.
Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills,
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Professional and courteous disposition.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
Experience and willingness to work in a team environment
Excellent organization skills
Ability to multitask
A positive attitude
Available to work 9:00am to 6:00pm EST
Previous experience working with agencies a plus
Experience with Go High Level is a PLUS

Responsibilities:

Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
Communicating with Facebook leads and posting in our group.
DM and messaging prospects directly
Fielding basic questions and concerns about the services we offer.
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
Keeping a detailed log of outreach and contacts made, and lead amount
Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
Informing the Manager of recurrent service-related complaints that warrant addressing.
