JOB SUMMARY
We seek someone to filter and qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile for which they were sourced. You are ideally already comfortable with no-code as we use lead generation tools like Clay ( /clay ), email marketing tools like Instantly ( /instantly ), and data management tools like Airtable. Redditors will be highly prioritized for this and other roles as our business, partners, and community are enmeshed in Reddit ( /reddit ). You should be insatiably curious, radically independent, ecologically aligned, and playful at heart.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are making space for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Systems Manager. This role involves generating, qualifying, and managing leads with low/no-code lead generation and enrichment tools like Clay ( /clay ), email marketing tools like Instantly ( /instantly ), marketing automation tools like PhantomBUster ( /phantombuster ), and data management tools like Airtable.
The ideal candidate must have a basic understanding of lead generation and enterprise sales/marketing processes. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary as you will be working with a large volume of data daily. If you have a strong work ethic, the necessary skill set, and a desire to learn, we would love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– You will be responsible for qualifying leads that match Ideal Customer Profiles for our partners and projects.
– Ability to work independently and meet daily quotas.
– Must be able to analyze and qualify a large volume of leads.
– Must have a thorough understanding of lead generation tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– You must have good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
– You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
