ABOUT THE POSITION: Are you looking for an opportunity where your skills and passion to lead a team while making a difference for the overall project performance will be valued? Then this is for you!

Our growing company is looking for a full-time Lead Generation Team Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a team under your leadership to ensure the most accurate information is is provided within a timely manner. This is a remote position that will require you to Generate Leads utilizing programs provided by the company and keeping within the guidelines provided. The hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM PHT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead the project life cycle from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing with your core team of specialists in the project creation cycle
-Generate Leads for E-commerce
-Ensure that your team understands the team’s objectives and that they are working towards the same goal
-Monthly team meetings and provide effective performance feedback – acknowledge the wins and address improvement opportunities
-Ensure that the project is running smoothly and on schedule, and have a regular reporting of its progress to the Executive team
-Oversee your team’s logistics coordination
-Research, brainstorm with your team and come up with efficient and accurate project completion
-Continuously identify process/ workflow improvements and solutions

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
-5+ years in Project Management/Lead Generation/Product Management/ Operations Management
-Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
-Excellent with technology and learning new software
-Exceptional people management skills; proven success in developing and leading a cross-functional team
-Ability to recognize the skills and expertise of your team members and delegate the tasks accordingly
-Strong verbal and written English communication abilities
-High attention to detail and a good eye for efficiency
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a sound decision-making ability
-Knows how to manage setbacks and has a continuous learning and improvement mindset
-Great with interpersonal communication, from a desire to see people flourish

Salary: The pay for this position is hourly and is between Php 26,136 and 39,204 a month
