Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation VA to support with email outreach, LinkedIn marketing, Marketing Operations, data scraping, and data entry.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You are proactive, like to share ideas, and want the opportunity to take responsibility of more sales within the company and grow with the company. This role handles the outreach via cold email & LinkedIn campaigns along with business development research & data entry.

This role is Monday through Friday, 7AM to 3PM PHT with some flexibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sending or scheduling emails/LinkedIn messages on a daily basis
• Turning ideal client/lead profiles into search parameters to prospect, find, source, and build lists for new lead outreach
• Researching individual leads and entering data about them
• Scheduling time and data for me to follow up with relevant leads
• Using other channels when needed to expand lead generation opportunities including other social media, search engines, job portals, etc.
• Help manage calendar/appointments
• Help develop & maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on performance

DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
• Writing and sending personalized cold emails & LinkedIn messages using guidelines from our templates and past examples
• Commenting on and engaging with prospects on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Searching, scraping and creating lead lists based on specific search criteria
• Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets and other sales software systems
• Managing email replies, sales follow up tasks, and database updates
• Creating new LinkedIn Sales Navigator criteria and lists
• Tracking campaign performance, metrics, and updating weekly scorecards
• Set-up CRM reminders & workflows for assigned leads in various sales lifecycle stages
• Maintain CRM data

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong experience sourcing and vetting new potential leads. knowledge of lead generation strategies, cold email outreach and automation
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Airtable, Slack, Google Sheets, (or similar tools) – these tools will be provided for you
• Strong English writing and communication skills (you will not have to make phone calls to clients/leads in this role)
• At least 1.5 years experience in sales & business development (bonus for professional service firms/agencies)
• Strong internet connection
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) role. There will be minimal training for this position meaning you must have experience doing sales lead generation with email and LinkedIn. Paid holidays off are included but health benefits are not included at this time but we plan to offer those early in 2024.
