Tailored SEO seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us grow our customer base.
Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant, you will identify and generate new leads to support our sales team. You will play a key role in helping us reach our growth targets by researching potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings or calls for our sales managers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
– Utilise tools like LinkedIn, Google, and CRM systems to gather lead information.
– Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
– Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
– Reach out to potential leads via email, social media, or other communication channels.
– Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and our sales team.
– Maintain and update our CRM with accurate lead information.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies.
– Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.
– And other ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
– Strong research and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
– Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
– Familiarity with the digital marketing industry is a plus.
