Lead Generation VA for US Clients

We are looking for an experienced lead generation VA for a business coaching and accounting firm in the United States. We are looking for someone who can maximize LinkedIn, make connections, and most importantly, generate leads.

VA must work Full-time (40 hours per week)… schedule must have some overlap with US business hours. Final schedule can be negotiated. Pay is $600 a month to start. Benefits such as vacation, sick leaves, holiday offs, and a monthly allowance plan to pay for government statutory benefits will be made available when the team member passes the probationary period. We use Excel to track the leads and when they become clients, that’s the only time we put them onto the CRM system

Duties Include:

Lead Generation VA Main Job Requirements:
– Evaluate, filter and connect with prospective leads
– Maximize the use of LinkedIn and other platforms available; subscription c/o the company
– Use of Zoom Phone as another tool to connect with and filter leads; subscription c/o the company
– Coordinate with the sales and admin teams for the endorsement of qualified leads
– Recording of tasks and contacts in the company’s management software

Requirements:
– Full-time commitment at 40 hours per week
– Benefits such as leave credits, holiday offs, and monthly spending allowances for payment of Philippine local government statutory benefits will be made available upon passing probationary period; team member assessment/evaluation will be done accordingly
– Starting rate at $600 per month
– Flexible working schedule with a requirement to attend pre-scheduled departmental / team meetings

After six-months, job can convert to regular employment with health benefits and paid time off.
