LEAD GENERATION VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Department: Operations
Reports To: CEO, DOO, Client
Status: Sub-Contractor
Location: Virtual

SUMMARY
Working at Lead Gen with Love, you will be focusing on making sure one of our amazing clients is taken care of and supported while helping them grow their businesses through strategic, warm-hearted lead generation. You will be primarily responsible for helping your client keep all aspects of their marketing & sales processes flowing. As a Lead Gen with Love VA, your main focus will be nurturing and growing your client’s lead pipeline.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The ideal VA for this position has an energetic, friendly personality. You should enjoy people and have genuine interest in getting to know new people online.
You’ll be supporting your client in growing their business, so it’s important that you’re comfortable writing and speaking in English, as your client will be an English speaker. One of the most critical skills for this position is the ability to manage relationships. You’ll be talking and messaging with lots of people, so your ability to keep excellent records so everyone feels like you remember them and care about them will be key.
You will be the primary point of contact for your client’s prospects, so you’ll be trained on their offerings and programs, as well as their sales process, so you can support them in converting their prospects into clients.
This position requires flexibility, because even though we maintain a structured schedule, sometimes we just have to roll with the punches. Our clients trust us to run the day-to-day of their businesses, and we need to trust you to be able to support them in the same capacity.
This is a virtual position, and in general, you’ll be asked to work 40 hours per week. However, you’ll be paid on retainer and your hours will be determined through discussion with your client as we assess their needs.

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS, IT’S A PLUS!
Familiarity with Notion
Experience working with business owners based in the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia
Experience using Google Suite (mail, docs, drive, calendar), Voxer, Slack,
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong research, attention to detail, and data entry abilities
Self-starter attitude and client-focused approach
CRM experience and familiarity with sales tools
Passion for lead generation through human connections
Creative thinking and willingness to try innovative strategies

AS A LEAD GENERATION VA AT OUR AGENCY, YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Tailoring your outreach approach to represent each client’s brand authentically
Qualifying leads extensively before sending warm prospects to the client
Optimizing workflows based on data to improve lead quality and conversion
Researching and finding ideal client profiles for your client on LinkedIn
Having genuine, warm-hearted conversation with prospects
Setting up sales meetings between your client and their prospects
Monitoring and responding to inboxes, both email and social, to aide the sales process
Maintaining detailed records of prospects and clients in a Notion database
Sending emails for your client, both from their personal and their broadcast email accounts
Creating marketing content for their social media channels

REQUIREMENTS
We care most that you have strong English skills and a willing attitude. Extensive training will be offered. If you’re positive and communicative, you’ll really love this job.
