Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support our security company in expanding our client base. As a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to local private schools and companies to introduce and promote our security services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build relationships over the phone. This role is crucial in generating qualified leads and opportunities for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to local private schools and companies to identify decision-makers and introduce our security services.
Engage in consultative conversations to understand the security needs and requirements of potential clients.
Clearly and persuasively communicate the unique value propositions of our security services and how they can benefit the target audience.
Effectively articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our security solutions to potential clients.
Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, budget availability, and alignment with our target customer profile.
Gather and document accurate and comprehensive information about potential clients, including contact details, decision-maker names, and specific requirements.
Update and maintain the lead database or customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Provide timely and detailed reports on lead generation activities, including call outcomes, conversion rates, and potential opportunities.
Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards when communicating with potential clients.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions to build trust and credibility with potential clients.
Follow up with potential clients as necessary to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective scripts, strategies, and materials for lead generation campaigns.
Provide feedback and insights from potential clients to help refine and improve our marketing and sales approaches.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation or telemarketing, preferably in the security industry or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients over the phone.
Ability to confidently deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches while adapting to different customer profiles and objections.
Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently prioritize and manage a high volume of outbound calls.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or lead tracking tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed performance goals.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and challenges effectively.
Professional and courteous phone etiquette, with the ability to build rapport and maintain a positive attitude.
Knowledge of the security industry and an understanding of the specific security needs of schools and businesses is preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, potentially across different time zones, depending on the target market.
High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards when handling client information and conducting business activities.
