Job Title: Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

Time: Part Time / 20 Hours a Week / 4 Hours per Weekday

Vision: As Life Door Rentals continues to grow, we are looking for a continuous stream of leads from various ad sources and help us reach our Economic Occupancy goal of 95% on a monthly basis.

Expectations – Marketing and Lead Generation:
• Post creative and attractive ads to market our vacant rooms on a variety of platforms
• Find new platforms to post on and optimize to achieve the best result per platform
• Use ChatGPT to write creative ads and get them approved by the Manager
• Generate leads by posting 200+ ads/week
• Ensure we are receiving 100+ leads/week
• Daily completion of lead tracking sheet with links and information to each ad posted

Lead Generation KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators):
• Green: 125+ leads per week
• Yellow: 75-124 leads per week
• Red: 74 and below leads per week

Ads Posting KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators):
• Green: 200+ ads per week
• Yellow: 125-199 ads per week
• Red: 124 and below ads per week

Accountability:
• All ads must be approved by the Property Manager before posting
• Attending weekly all hands-on deck meeting on Wednesday from 10:30-12:00 PM
• 30 day grace period with lead generation. After 30 days grace period is up 2 consecutive red months results in automatic termination

Requirements:
• Computer less than 4 years old
• Quiet work environment at home
• Ability to Video Conference for meetings
• Stable internet with high bandwidth

Total Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: 20,000 PHP per Month
• 1 Accrued Paid Day Off per full month worked
• 13th Month Bonus Pay
• 100% Virtual / Work from Home
