Lead Generation – Virtual Assistant (VA)

Location: Remote
Status: Full-time, 40 hours a week
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Start time between 7-8 AM PHT, is some degree of flexibility.
Salary: $3.00 USD per hour (Paid via Wise, one week held in arrears, subject to increase after 60 days)
Payday: 15th and 30/31st of every month
Start Date: ASAP
Niche: BOHO Home Decor Brand, targeting wedding planners, interior designers and home stagers
Responsibilities:
70% Email Management:
Creating and warming up emails
Sorting emails
Cleaning inbox
Cold emailing
Responding and following up on emails
logging positive replies
Social Media
Prospecting Via Instagram, Facebook and maybe LinkedIn. (Will require setting up new social media accounts).
Forums
Answering questions with the use of chat GTP prompts and linking back to our blogs

Acceptance of non-negotiable terms including on-time clock-ins, 100% attendance, screenshot monitoring, and daily reporting.
Requirements:
On-Time Clock-Ins: Must be 100% every day.
100% Attendance: Required for this position.
Screenshot Monitoring: Random screenshots (30 per hour) will be taken to monitor the employee’s activity. Activity level (tracked by mouse movement and keystrokes) must be at or above 80%.
Daily Reports: Must be sent at the end of every shift (on time).
Language Requirement: Must be proficient in English.
