Schedule: 4pm-1am EST or 7am-4pm EST

Must be able to work Fri/Sat/Sun EST 4pm-1am (4am-1pm Sat/Sun/Mon in the Philippines) for the first 6 months, after which you will transition to full-time and work Mon-Thu.

Job Description:
– We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Lead Generation / WordPress Expert to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to a full-time role if it’s a good fit. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, make a significant impact on our business growth and online presence, and have fun while doing it! As a Lead Generation / WordPress Expert at Great Carports, you will play a key role in generating leads, managing and optimizing our WordPress website, and supporting our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
– Manage, maintain, and update the Great Carports WordPress website.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to implement website updates and new features.
– Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness.
– Optimize website content for SEO and conversion rates.
– Implement and manage WordPress plugins, including Spectra.
– Customize and maintain the website using Gutenberg builder and Astra theme.
– Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
– Monitor website analytics and report on performance.
– Optimize funnels for maximum conversion.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation, WordPress development, and conversion rate optimization.
– Participate in frequent live meetings, screen sharing, and video conferences.
– Be available to work the schedule of either 4pm-1am EST or 7am-4pm EST, including weekends and nights from time to time, especially when getting started or when there is a big job to meet deadlines.
– Must be able to work Fri/Sat/Sun EST 4pm-1am (4am-1pm Sat/Sun/Mon in the Philippines) for the first 6 months, after which you will transition to full-time and work Mon-Thu.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in lead generation with a strong track record of success.
– Strong sales copywriting skills and conversion rate optimization skills.
– Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
– Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom development.
– Proficiency with Spectra plugin, Gutenberg builder, and Astra theme.
– Strong understanding of website architecture, UX/UI design, and SEO principles.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Must have a quiet place to work with reliable power and internet.
– Must have a good microphone and speak English very well.
