We are a growing company with a vibrant, professional atmosphere, looking for a passionate Lead Generator to join our dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Generator, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Making 100+ outbound calls daily
• Sending emails to potential clients
• Scheduling at least 1 appointments per day
Must-Haves:
• At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – at least 9 out of 10 proficiency
• Ability to answer calls after hours when scheduled
• Extended microphone headset (available on Amazon for around $15)
• A computer with at least 4 GB of RAM and a good webcam
• Fast internet connection (Check your speed by searching “internet speed test” on Google)
• A quiet, interruption-free workspace at home
• Availability to work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm MDT, Monday to Friday
• High energy and strong work ethic
• Familiarity with Google programs (Sheets, Drive, Gmail) is a plus
We Offer:
Starting pay of $5 USD per hour, with potential to earn up to $7 USD per hour
Commissions ranging from $250 to $750 per month
Two weeks of vacation to start
