We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generator with experience working with clients in Australia and the United States, particularly within the financial and brokerage sectors. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting efforts. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients to effectively convey the value of our services.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct research to identify potential leads within the financial and brokerage sectors in Australia and the United States.
Utilize various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events, to engage with prospects and generate interest in our services.
-Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, including budget, needs, and timeline, to ensure alignment with our target market.
-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking interactions and progress through the sales cycle.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns tailored to the AU and US markets.
-Provide timely and accurate reporting on lead generation activities, including metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated.
-Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably within the financial or brokerage industry.
-Familiarity with the Australian and US financial markets, regulations, and client preferences.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking systems for managing and reporting on lead generation activities.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
