Lead Generator

Job Description:
The Nicholas Feagley Team at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator to join our dynamic real estate team. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and setting up potential client leads that are interested in buying or selling properties. This is a performance-based position with attractive incentives for successful leads.

Compensation:
– $10.00 USD for each lead set.
– An additional $40.00 USD for each lead that successfully closes.
– Five canceled or no-show appointments in a month is immediate termination

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and qualify potential client leads through various channels including online platforms, social media, referrals, and other marketing strategies.
– Schedule appointments for potential clients with our real estate agents.
– Maintain detailed records of all leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
– Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and provide initial information about our services.
– Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client engagement.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for lead management.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements:

– Ensure accuracy and completeness in recording lead information.
– Immediate termination if more than five appointments are canceled or no-showed.
– Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate potential client schedules.
– High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
