The ideal candidate for the lead generator position should possess extensive market knowledge of Greater Los Angeles, California, along with a proven track record in residential construction encompassing new builds, additions (ADU), and major remodeling projects.

Position Overview:

As a Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads in the construction industry. Your primary responsibility will be to generate a steady stream of qualified leads for our sales team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to implement lead generation strategies and tactics that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities:

Stay updated on emerging lead generation technologies and tools, and proactively suggest and implement new tools to enhance the lead generation process.

Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities in the construction industry.

Utilize various sources such as online directories, industry associations, networking events, and social media platforms to identify and engage with potential leads.

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.

Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs and potential fit for our services.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, tracking all interactions and progress using CRM software.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further engagement and conversion.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Continuously evaluate and optimize lead generation tactics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using lead generation tools and applications commonly used in the industry, such as CRM software, lead capture forms, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

Ability to effectively leverage technology to streamline lead generation processes and track performance metrics.

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the construction industry or related field.

Strong knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and industry trends.
