Job Description

As a Lead Generator and Sales Admin at The Bandwidth Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes. Your responsibilities will span across various administrative and outreach/lead gen tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of the sales department and the overall success of our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Conduct thorough research utilizing internal prospect lists and Zoominfo prospect databases to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
• Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate contact with prospects via our internal sales tool and prospect databases.

3. Order Processing and Documentation:
• Assist in processing sales orders in accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure documentation is labeled correctly and filed in corresponding Sharepoint file folders.
• Prepare and review sales documentation once generated, and configure eSign for execution.

4. Zoominfo Prospect Database Exports:
• Assist with weekly marketing efforts by finding and exporting prospects from contact databases.
• Work with the sales team to identify and schedule prospect outreach per campaigns.
• Report on weekly/monthly exports to track engagement and ensure constant prospect additions to campaigns.

5. Reporting Support:
• Assist in generating routine reports on weekly/monthly sales and lead generation from Salesforce.
• Learn to analyze sales data and contribute insights to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports for weekly sales meetings and month-end/start reporting for commissions.

6. Administrative Assistance:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation, quote/proposal preparation, and filing.
• Learn to manage calendars and schedule appointments for new leads and existing customers.
• Assist with organizing meetings and events related to sales activities when organized by the Sales and Executive team.

7. Product and Compliance Knowledge Development:
• Actively participate in training sessions to acquire in-depth knowledge of IT/telecom products and services when provided by leadership.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to enhance product knowledge.
• Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to sales activities.
• Assist in maintaining compliance documentation.

8. Marketing Support
• Assist with generating and maintaining marketing campaigns and prospect imports.
• Monitor marketing campaigns for status and sending based on predetermined schedules.
• Run weekly reports on engagement for tracking and analytics purposes.
