The Company
We are a rapidly growing family business dedicated to supplying a broad range of hospitality equipment delivered Australia-wide. With a mission to provide quality, cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions to other businesses across Australia.

We are now looking to hire a motivated and organised Business Development Representative to specialise in their Business to Business (B2B) product categories, responsible for managing all aspects of lead generation and lead nurturing activities within this category. This is a COMMISSION-BASED role.

In this role, you’d be an integral part of the Business to Business (B2B) sales & marketing team – responsible for generating outbound leads through social media and emails, as well as contacting & nurturing prospects to qualify leads, to ultimately increase the number of prospects in the sales funnel.

Main areas of responsibility include:
Lead generation and lead nurturing:
Generate, identify and qualify leads from various sources – the primary focus of the role is to manage digital lead generation campaigns (not cold calling) – hitting required KPIs.
Work with the marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns: Maintaining lead database and tracking lead sources and reasons for lost sales.
Submit marketing and sales pipeline reports to management.
Quality assurance: Ensuring documented quality procedures are adhered to

About You:
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and experience working in a business-to-business (B2B) sales/lead generation environment.

Must have 2 – 5 years of experience in a Business to Business (B2B) sales/lead generation environment.
Proven experience in lead generation or lead management.
Positivity – An upbeat attitude can make a difference. We desire someone who remains hopeful, even when faced with rejection.
Persistence – Perseverance and diligent follow-up are essential for an accomplished Appointment Setter.
Excellent communication skills – Appointment Setting revolves around communication. You should be at ease interacting with people over the phone.
Adaptability – A quick adaptation to fresh situations and challenges is required.
Confidence – Confidence is critical. You should firmly believe in our products and services value and effectively communicate this to potential customers.
Experience using major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to effectively generate and manage existing leads.
