Lead generator / Instagram Acquisition [SIMPLE + CREATIVE]

Hello,

we are a social media marketing agency and we are looking for content creators, to work as their management.
Therefore, we need you as a lead generator / acquisitioner on the platform Instagram.

THIS JOB IS SIMPLE, BUT REQUIRES A LOT OF DISCIPLINE AND DILIGENCE TO GET GOOD RESULTS.

Your task will be, to generate leads with this method:
1) look for the best targets and send them a copy paste DM
2) try different texts which we provide
3) track and analyze on a google sheet what works best for you

It seems like an easy task, but sending out copy paste messages as a repetitive task day for day, can be tiring.
We expect you to set goals before your shift, and make an analysis after your shift.

Requirements:
– We will communicate on Telegram, and your job will only consist of Instagram and Google Sheets, so you only need experience with these 3 platforms/tools
– Engagement: We reward good performance with bonus salaries
– Good communication + open for constructive criticism

We will provide everything you need, such as accounts, texts, guides and on longterm you have an incredible chance to earn 3-5x more than your minimum salary.

Working time is 40h/week, 8h from Mon-Fr with a paid 1 hour break.
You have the possibility to work more, for example overtime, or even on Sat. + Sun. if you perform well.

The starting salary is $2, but as an performance-driven agency, we love paying bonus salaries.
The more you earn, the more we earn – is our philosophy. So if you perform well, we only see a win-win situation in salary increases.

We are hiring up to 3 persons at once, to encourage competition and direct communication, since we want to establish a team culture, where it is you against other agencies’ lead generators.

If you are a hungry and the type for performance based motivation, we offer a $320 minimum wage + Performance bonuses.
