Job Title: Linkedin valid lead generator for visionary founders
Compensation: to be determined + possibility of $ 50 bonus per generated client
buying the program.
Location: Virtual/anywhere
Intro: I have a worldwide business consulting practice (on & off line) for successful /
established visionary founders. I guide my clients in understanding their own inner
journey and align their unique source with their effective visionary business
operation. The goal: they come home ignited instead of drained
My clients are more or less established impact founders/ CEOS that want an
inspiring business or leave an inspiring legacy.
My client is the archetype of a vision/ purpose driven entrepreneur that currently has
big dreams, a broad view but feels overwhelmed, restless and or lonely on a personal
and business level as well. ‘The puzzle doesn’t seem to fall in place’.
A validated lead are founders/ decision makers who:
? Have an established profile with at least 10 years of experience being a
founder
? The profile shows the founder is there to make an impact / leave a legacy (as
a business owner of personally)
? All industries included except for advertising and marketing and Pharma or
WEF connected businesses
? Having at least 500 connections and/ or multiple followers
? Giving the impression of the brave, committed archetypes who want to add
true value to others
? Their post or reactions show they emphasize the inner journey
? Are between 35-60 years old
? Or are potentially successful founders in the future (are in a potential startup
phase, received a fund/ investment)
? Manage a team or manage a project with 5 -15 people
? They are known for their purpose related work / or active on post/ events
regarding inner growth and purpose driven business
? Operate worldwide with no more than 7 hours time difference from CET
timezone
I service to all businesses in all industries, and I have branche experience in retail,
logistics, marketing, consulting, hospitality, wellness and training and education
About the Job. I’m looking for a rockstar Linkedin lead generator to resonate and
work with me and deliver me amazing results in getting me booked calls with the
validated prospects like described above.
As my Linkedin lead generator you will work with me on per client basis and be
responsible for the following tasks:
? Finding at least 30 validated prospects on linkedin a day (150 a week)
? Sending out a 1 first standard connection request message (on name) to
these prospects
? Have at least a 60?ceptance rate within this prospect group (90 people a
week)
? Follow up the day after accepting the connection request with the 2nd
standard message (on name)
? Generate at least 3% booked calls from this group of prospects (at least 3
validated booked calls a week. Note: 12 validated calls a month should
convert to at least 1-2 sales
? Makes appointments for each request and secures the planning in a schedule
(+ a gentle reminder 1 day before the call)
Requirements:
You must feel drawn to the above described archetype entrepreneur and satisfy all
of the following requirements to be considered for this job:
*Highly experienced in finding validated leads on linkedin; you have a nose where to
find these archetypes, not just with the linkedin lead generator, but through posts,
groups, events etc etc
*Proven track record that you’re able to prove result according to the measures
above
*Knowing the way linkedin can work for you and me in optima forma
* Superb written & verbal english communication
* Being mindful of our time, being punctual at meeting
* Report 3 times a week on the measures (like send out connections, accepted, call
requests).
* A pré would be if you are familiar with Mailchimp and be able to format newsletters
on an expert level.
* Based on a timeline max 7 hours time difference to CET timezone or be able to
communicate with me between 9am-5 pm CET.
