Lead Generator, Outreach, and Appointment Setter

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generator, Outreach, and Appointment Setter to join our service-based business. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by generating leads, initiating outreach campaigns, and setting appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and prospects for our services.
– Initiate outreach efforts through various channels (email, social media, phone calls) to engage with potential clients.
– Develop and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and updated information.
– Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and schedule appointments for our service offerings.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and achieve set targets.
– Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting.

Requirements:
– Proven experience (2 years min) in lead generation, outreach, or appointment setting in a service-based industry.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily goals.
– Proficiency in using various tools and platforms for lead generation and outreach.
Experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator and Apollo is a plus.
– Availability to work 8 hours a day, including a 1-hour break, in a remote setup.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
