**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Lead Generator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our B2B business by effectively communicating our products and services to potential clients, evaluating leads, and facilitating the lead qualification process.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Communication:**
– Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, particularly the sales and marketing departments.
– Develop a deep understanding of our sales processes, product offerings, and service capabilities.

2. **Lead Evaluation and Prospecting:**
– Evaluate incoming leads and categorize them based on potential interest levels.
– Identify and prospect leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and website interactions.
– Research prospective customers to identify key lead channels and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.

3. **Lead Qualification:**
– Qualify leads by gauging their levels of interest and potential alignment with our products and services.
– Set up follow-up calls or meetings with our sales team for further engagement.

4. **Campaign Coordination:**
– Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to coordinate lead generation campaigns.
– Ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and lead generation activities.

5. **Outbound Communications:**
– Initiate and execute outbound communication strategies through various platforms to engage potential clients.
– Utilize CRM tools, Google Drive, and Slack to organize and manage lead data efficiently.

**Qualifications:**
– Ideally experience in our industry Promotional products and branded material
– Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
– Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and business development.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Drive, and Slack.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
