WAGE/SALARY:
Salary is commensurate with and based on a combination of experience. The salary ranges from $1.8 to $3.5 per hour. Bonuses and salary growth await those that are truly dedicated to the business.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Generator to provide support to our Real Estate sales team. In this role, you will generate and qualify sales leads, setting up appointments with potential customers on behalf of our sales representatives so they can go in and close the deal. We provide training for this position, and you must follow the criteria set by our sales team. We also offer perks for our top generators, and any appointment you set that results in a sale puts more money in your pocket! This position also involves fulfilling phone call and lead production goals for each shift.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Set appointments on behalf of our sales reps
• Update potential customer information in our CRM system
• Fulfill phone call and lead generation quotas each shift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Articulate and strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are a MUST.
2. Stable, high-speed internet connection.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. A workplace where power outages are not frequent.
5. Willingness to work with us for the long term. We are not at all interested in someone looking to try out or thinking of staying just for a few months as a lot of effort is put into training and setting up.
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
7. A highly-motivated takes initiative and an energetic attitude.
8. Extremely reliable and dependable, willing to go the extra mile for the company.
9. Positive, no excuse attitude.

Qualifications
• Real Estate experience
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Postsecondary degree in business or marketing a plus
• Sales or customer service experience
• Phone communication skills

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENT(S):
1. Equivalent Intel Core i3 processor or higher
2. 8GB RAM for multi-apps/tasking
3. 500GB Hard Disk space for Filestream
