Our mission is to amplify our clients’ revenue by attracting new prospects through the Internet. With a year-over-year growth trajectory, we have embraced remote collaboration, particularly with teams in the Philippines, since our inception. Catering primarily to the Medical and Legal industries, our portfolio also includes a diverse range of clients who discover us or come through referrals. As we set our sights on tripling our revenue in the next 12 months, we are on the lookout for dedicated team members to join us in this ambitious journey. We’re looking for a remote Lead Graphic Designer to spearhead our design team, bringing innovative ideas to life through compelling visuals and animations.

Responsibilities

– Lead the design team, managing projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
– Create distinctive logos that encapsulate the essence of brands.
– Develop website mockups, prototypes, and graphics using Figma, aligning with the latest design trends and best practices.
– Produce engaging website animations, including graphics and video files, to enhance user experience.
– Utilize the Adobe suite to create high-quality videos for various marketing campaigns.
– Design informative brochures and in-depth case studies that effectively communicate value propositions.
– Employ AI tools like Midjourney for cutting-edge video and graphic creation, exploring new possibilities in design automation.
– Apply conversion rate optimization principles to website page layouts, optimizing for user engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

– Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects.
– Leadership skills with experience managing other designers and leading projects to successful completion.
– Expertise in Figma for creating website mockups, prototypes, and graphics.
– Proficiency in creating animations and videos using the Adobe suite.
– Familiarity with AI tools for video and graphic creation, such as Midjourney.
– Understanding of conversion rate optimization and website layout best practices.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working remotely with a distributed team.

Work Schedule & Holidays
– All of our team members work a split shift so we can communicate on pertinent tasks or have team meetings as needed with the US leadership.
– As a company, we observe all US holidays, as well as PH public holidays (New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Bataan Day, Labour Day, Phillippines Independence Day, National Heroes Day, Bonifacio Day, Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Christmas Day, Rizal Day). We work hard, and value time with our families.
– After 90-day probationary period, all team members qualify for leave with proper notice based on employee handbook regulations
